Engagement Requirements

Applicants must be U.S.-based and able to provide services from within the United States. This is a remote 1099 subcontract engagement.

## Description

The consultant will support baseline performance analysis, KPI development, data-flow assessment, reporting evaluation, and development of analytics recommendations supporting provider enrollment and credentialing operations.

Responsibilities

 * Analyze healthcare operational and process data
 * Support establishment of baseline performance metrics
 * Evaluate existing reporting and analytics capabilities
 * Support data and systems-flow analysis
 * Identify data-quality and reporting gaps
 * Develop KPI definitions and measurement approaches
 * Analyze cycle time, volume, touch time, rework, and other operational measures
 * Recommend actionable operational dashboards and reporting improvements
 * Support development of pilot performance measures and success criteria
 * Contribute data-driven findings to future-state recommendations
 * Support strategic roadmap and continuous-improvement recommendations
 * Prepare clear, client-ready analysis and documentation
