## About the Role

* Proven experience growing social accounts - professional, agency, or platform-side experience (Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar) strongly preferred
 * Portfolio or work samples demonstrating short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok), copywriting, and social account growth
 * Hands-on experience with video/graphic editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar)
 * Familiarity with Meta Business Suite for local post boosting; full Ads Manager experience a plus
 * Platform-specific fluency across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
 * Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for visual brand consistency
 * Track record of measurable follower/engagement growth you can speak to
 * Comfortable adapting quickly as platforms, algorithms, and trends shift
 * Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of the channel
 * Familiarity with the trades, home services, or construction industry a plus, but not required

## Description

* Own day-to-day management of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and any other relevant platforms
 * Build and execute a content strategy that drives local brand authority, follower growth, and qualified customer inquiries
 * Edit and curate high-resolution photo/video assets provided by our in-house photographer into platform-ready Reels, TikToks, graphics, and posts
 * Write copy that matches our brand voice: polished, personal, and rooted in craftsmanship
 * Execute organic and basic boosted local ad strategies to drive brand awareness and qualified customer inquiries across the tri-state area
 * Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and inquiries to foster community and pass potential sales leads to our customer service team
 * Monitor trending hashtags, topics, and competitor activity to keep content relevant and timely
 * Track performance metrics - engagement, reach, and inquiry generation - and adjust strategy based on data-driven insights
 * Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to surface content opportunities like client testimonials and reviews
 * Flag potential reputation concerns to leadership as they arise
 * Collaborate with the team and our photographer to identify content opportunities
