Delivers internal or vendor-agnostic technical training across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud without holding "Authorized Instructor" status for any single vendor's official certification-track courses., * Deliver internal upskilling and client-facing training that does not require official certification-track authorization.

 * Cover cross-platform technical topics (multi-cloud architecture, DevOps practices, security fundamentals) that don't map to a single vendor's licensed curriculum.
 * Feed observed skill gaps back to Curriculum/Instructional Design to inform which topics justify pursuing formal vendor authorization.
