This individual will troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, identify where issues reside across the technology stack, and partner with engineering teams to drive resolution. While this is not a hands-on development role, the ideal candidate will have enough technical depth across application development, data, and cloud technologies to investigate issues and perform minor bug fixes when appropriate., · Provide day-to-day technical and application support for the Nuclear Online Work Management platform and its supporting technologies. · Serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting application, data, integration, and user-reported issues. · Investigate incidents across the application stack to identify where failures or gaps are occurring. · Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with software engineering, data engineering, data science, cloud, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues. · Troubleshoot issues within Azure and Databricks-based environments and escalate complex problems to the appropriate engineering teams. · Support applications utilizing technologies such as React and Node.js by diagnosing application behavior and performing minor bug fixes when appropriate. · Analyze logs, system behavior, data outputs, and user workflows to isolate technical problems. · Translate user-reported issues into clear technical requirements or incident details for engineering teams. · Document incidents, root causes, resolutions, known errors, and troubleshooting procedures to improve long-term support capabilities. · Identify recurring support issues and recommend improvements that increase application stability and reduce operational disruption. · Support testing, validation, releases, and post-deployment activities as enhancements are introduced into the platform. · Partner with business users to understand operational workflows and ensure technology issues are resolved with minimal impact to nuclear work management activities. · Collaborate across technical teams rather than operating within a single application, development, or data silo.
