You will work closely with Children Services leadership and supervisors to strengthen staff development and support a qualified, competent workforce., * Lead workforce development, onboarding, training, professional development, and performance management systems for Children Services. * Support and coach supervisors in performance management, employee development, reflective supervision, and corrective action. * Supervise the Professional Development team and oversee staff qualifications, professional development goals, and performance evaluations. * Provide training, coaching, and technical assistance to supervisors and staff. * Partner with Human Resources on hiring and onboarding processes. * Support leadership development, continuous quality improvement, strategic planning, This position plays an important role in developing and supporting the people who provide services to children and families.
