## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in Cloud Data Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Data Operations.
 * 3+ years of technical leadership experience managing engineering or operations teams.
 * Proven track record supporting enterprise-level production systems with high availability and operational excellence requirements.
 * Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Storage)., * High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

 * 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional requirements you'll need:

 * Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation/observability tools.
 * Experience with enterprise operational tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (Power BI, Looker).
 * Demonstrated passion for AI-assisted engineering practices and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
