 * Mentoring Ability: Demonstrated skill in coaching peers or junior staff, sharing knowledge to elevate team performance.
 * Data Quality Mindset: Meticulous approach to data integrity, championing governance and reconciliation.
 * Communication & Influence: Skilled at conveying technical findings to diverse audiences, driving consensus on data-driven decisions.
 * Strategic Approach: Able to see the big picture, prioritizing projects that yield significant business value.
 * Adaptability: Open to exploring new technologies, frameworks, and methods that can enhance analytics outcomes., * Master's degree in data science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
 * Demonstrated success implementing AI/ML solutions with measurable ROI or operational improvements.

## Description

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst combines strong technical skills in predictive modeling with a leadership approach to mentoring. This role is integral in shaping Knipper Health's data strategy, driving innovation through AI and machine learning, and instilling best practices in data quality and storytelling. The ideal candidate excels at both hands-on analytics and guiding junior team members toward excellence., Advanced Modeling & Technical Innovation

 * Design and implement predictive models using Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies to address key business questions.
 * Investigate automation and AI solutions that enhance forecasting, data processing, or decision-making.
 * Build and maintain dashboards or ad hoc analyses in DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI for transparent, actionable insights.

Leadership & Mentorship

 * Provide informal training, feedback, and coaching to junior analysts, helping them refine their technical and analytical skills.
 * Champion robust data governance and accuracy, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and systems.
 * Facilitate peer reviews and collaborative problem-solving, fostering a team culture of continuous improvement.

Data Quality & Governance

 * Identify and address data discrepancies swiftly, proposing scalable solutions that enhance reliability.
 * Develop and enforce standards for data handling, reporting, and analytics processes.
 * Work closely with Operations, IT, and Client Services to streamline data pipelines and optimize system integrations.

Strategic Insights & Stakeholder Engagement
