## Description

* Answer inbound calls from field technicians requesting status updates or technical guidance
 * Make outbound calls to field staff and partners to monitor service requests and maintain project timeline
 * Verify that all required equipment and onsite arrangements are ready prior to scheduling technicians
 * Log detailed status updates and close out completed service requests in customer databases
 * Follow up with dispatched technicians when target resolution times or ETAs are exceeded
