## About the Role

* Required: 5+ Years Selling Consulting/Technical Services in an Account Management Organization (i.e. selling Services to existing customers of the company).
 * Required: 3+ years Managing direct employees.
 * Preferred: 3+ years selling NetSuite or other Cloud ERP/CRM licenses.
 * Proven track record of successful achievement of personal and team goals.
 * Superior relationship-building and verbal/video/in-person/written communication skills.

## Description

* Execute the revenue and relationship plan that has been established for the Account Management Team.
 * Ensure the individuals and team as a whole hit their measurement targets (i.e. Quotas, KPIs, and Rocks).
 * Maintain a Relationships, Revenue, Renewals, Referrals, and References focus.
 * Contribute to future planning efforts for Account Management at C3.
 * Serve as the relationship manager with Enterprise Customers.
 * Identify, qualify, manage, and close opportunities for assigned Enterprise Customers.
 * Grow and develop Account Management Team members as they manage Customers.
 * Serve as escalation and secondary relationship for all C3 Customers.
 * Collaborate with key members across all C3 Departments including Solution Consulting, Marketing, Professional Services, Technical Services, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
