This role oversees the full project lifecycle, including planning, governance, execution, risk management, stakeholder engagement, budget control, and delivery management. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with deep knowledge of reinsurance operations and implementation methodologies. This individual serves as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while achieving expected business outcomes. Experience implementing DXC SICS or comparable reinsurance administration platforms is highly desirable.
