You communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and bring a calm, organized presence to everything you manage - from onboarding new clients to navigating complex cross-functional coordination., * Strong project coordination skills, with experience managing timelines, deliverables, follow-ups, and low- to medium-complexity client projects. * Familiarity with standardized processes, file formats, secure data transfers, or operational workflows, especially where accuracy and consistency are critical. * Proven ability to communicate clearly with clients, external partners, and internal cross-functional teams to keep work moving and resolve questions or gaps. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client implementations or administrative changes at once. * Bachelor's degree required; minimum of 3 years of experience in employee voluntary benefits, client onboarding, client servicing, or a related operational support function. * Experience establishing B2B electronic and manual data file transfers, including familiarity with various file types and transfer methods. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. * AI-enabled tools are already part of how work gets done across our organization, and their use will continue to expand over time.
