The Change Management Manager is part of the change management team that enables scalable, repeatable, and sustainable adoption of nursing-focused digital products designed to transform care delivery across HCA Healthcare hospitals. This role contributes to the development and execution of change management, communication, readiness, adoption, and sustainment strategies for enterprise-level digital products.
