You are comfortable directing them effectively, validating their output, and knowing when to rely on them versus writing code yourself. We use Claude Code heavily, so direct experience with it is a strong plus + Android app development: Some proficiency with Android App development and tools. Experience with the Google release process and setup of the Android Development Environment + iOS app development: Some proficiency with iOS App development and tools. Experience with the Apple release process and setting up the iOS Development Environment which is a lot more involved than Android.
