## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Data Platform & Decision Support pillar, shaping the analytics platform and BI delivery to empower the business. You guide cross-functional pods serving Commercial and SCOPs, while partnering with architects and engineers to improve performance and usability. You actively contribute hands-on when needed and drive AI/automation to accelerate analytics and decision support. This is a chance to influence data-driven decisions at scale within a fast-paced, mission-driven meat-snacks company.
