System Maintenance and Reliability * Maintain 24/7 operational readiness of the PGMM system to support mission-critical functions. * Execute proactive performance monitoring, system tuning, and fault resolution. * Conduct full lifecycle patching, configuration, and optimization of system environments. * Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
