It is an important team in Tesla's Supply chain as we are responsible for End-to-End Systems for all EMEA Distribution operations. The responsibilities of Systems Engineering will focus on (1) Data Science & Analytics and (2) Ideation & Project Management for systems across warehousing, reverse logistics, transportation, and planning. A core part of this role is building prediction models that map the right parts to correction codes for vehicle repairs, and models that map the right correction codes to symptoms and auto-diagnostics performed by the vehicle. You will be working with operations, product managers, data engineers and software engineers to drive automation, increase cost control and ensure compliance across the distribution network. The position sits at the intersection between operations, systems, and data science. Therefore, we are looking for someone motivated with strong technical knowledge in data science, systems and processes combined with strong social skills. It is a dynamic role that requires adaptability, drive, and creativity.
