## Description

Manpower CABINET EXPERTS DIGITAL PARIS recherche pour son client un Technicien support informatique (H/F)

 - Assurer le support utilisateurs de proximité et à distance.
 - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels.
 - Installer, configurer et remplacer les postes de travail.
 - Préparer et déployer les équipements informatiques.
 - Intervenir au sein du Kiosque IT pour l'assistance quotidienne des collaborateurs.
 - Réaliser les opérations de brassage et les interventions de premier niveau sur les équipements d'infrastructure (switchs).
 - Accompagner et assister une population d'utilisateurs, dont certains profils VIP.
 - Assurer le suivi des tickets et la traçabilité des interventions.
 - Respecter les procédures et les engagements de qualité de service.
