## About the Role

+ 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, provider engagement, network strategy, healthcare technology, or related roles.

 + Proven success influencing and leading work across highly matrixed organizations.

 + Strong understanding of payer-provider dynamics and provider workflows.

 + Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic problem-solving skills.

 + Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.

 + Willingness to travel up to 25%.

 + Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in-office) if located within 50 miles of a Cigna office.

Preferred Qualifications:

 + Experience working with EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner.

 + Background in EHR integration, clinical data exchange, or prior authorization solutions.

 + Experience leading enterprise initiatives or special projects with executive visibility.

 + Bachelor's degree in a related field.

+ Drive measurable growth in EHR-connected providers by developing and executing a clear, scalable provider engagement strategy.

 + Lead outreach, relationship management, and value-based positioning with provider organizations and EHR vendors to accelerate adoption.

 + Design and continuously improve streamlined onboarding experiences that reduce operational friction and speed time to value.

 + Partner closely with technology, operations, analytics, contracting, and provider relations teams to ensure aligned execution.

 + Serve as a strategic connector across a matrixed organization, aligning stakeholders around shared goals and outcomes.

 + Lead cross-functional initiatives tied to EHR innovation, regulatory change, and evolving enterprise priorities.

 + Represent provider voice and market insight to influence roadmap decisions and strategic investments.

 + Operate as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders through data-driven recommendations and clear storytelling.

 + Build foundations for future team growth, with potential to evolve into a people leadership role.
