A distinct set of predictive models, tuned to each partner's customer profile and separate from our core product models. You'll pick it up, iterate and improve on existing models and build new models as partners come on board, and get to the bottom of prediction issues along the way (why does this donor have this score? what in this client's data is throwing the model off?). * Prospect AI. Our best-in-class prospect research tool, used by hundreds of nonprofits today and thousands soon. It uses agentic AI to research and build rich profiles on prospective donors - and the engineering team is driving it to run far faster and cheaper at scale. Your job is the data and quantitative side: solving identity resolution and data quality problems, building out the underlying profile database, and proposing quantitative solutions to large-scale data issues. If you like finding the signal in huge, messy datasets, this is your playground. ## Related Videos - [Alibaba Big Data and Machine Learning Technology](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/37-alibaba-big-data-and-machine-learning-technology) - [Data Science in Retail](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/586-data-science-in-retail) - [Kubernetes and Microservices with Multi-Model Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/382-kubernetes-and-microservices-with-multi-model-databases) - [Machine learning in the browser with TensorFlowjs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/155-machine-learning-in-the-browser-with-tensorflowjs) - [How We Built a Machine Learning-Based Recommendation System (And Survived to Tell the Tale)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/752-how-we-built-a-machine-learning-based-recommendation-system-and-survived-to-tell-the-tale) - [PySpark - Combining Machine Learning & Big Data](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/44-pyspark-combining-machine-learning-big-data) ## Related Articles - [Coffee with Developers - Maria Apazoglou - Making AI understandable for all in production](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/475-coffee-with-developers-maria-apazoglou-making-ai-understandable-for-all-in-production) - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [How to start an AI project for a good cause and boost your career](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/15-how-to-start-an-ai-project-for-a-good-cause-and-boost-your-career) - [Top Big Data Technologies That You Need to Know](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/108-top-big-data-technologies-that-you-need-to-know) - [How to Become an AI Engineer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/331-how-to-become-an-ai-engineer) - [What Are Large Language Models?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/304-what-are-large-language-models)
