 * High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a wider team.
 * Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
 * Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to tell a compelling story through data.

## Description

As an Insights Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to deliver meaningful, data-driven insights that support operational performance and business objectives.

You will be responsible for analysing complex datasets, identifying trends and opportunities, and presenting actionable recommendations that influence decision-making at all levels of the business.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, excellent analytical skills, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders whilst managing multiple projects., * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support business performance monitoring.

 * Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver valuable business insights.
 * Translate technical findings into clear, meaningful recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Build and optimise data models to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
 * Support ongoing business improvement initiatives through robust analysis and performance reporting.
 * Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and accuracy.
 * Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
