* Experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
 * Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, hardware and networking.
 * Experience with Active Directory, VPNs, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
 * Knowledge of firewalls and basic IT security.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills., * IT Technician: 1 year (preferred)

## Description

* Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems and user accounts.
 * Install and maintain computers, development workstations, servers and peripherals.
 * Troubleshoot LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and network connectivity issues.
 * Manage Active Directory, user permissions and system security.
 * Support Windows and Linux environments and business/development software.
 * Maintain network equipment, firewalls and IT infrastructure.
 * Manage IT tickets and resolve technical issues promptly.
 * Assist with system updates, backups, security and routine maintenance.
 * Maintain IT documentation and equipment records.
