In this role you will lead client relationships on complex, multi-tower Oracle and Informatica programmes, drive revenue growth and scale a sustainable practice that meets market demand. You will own pursuit and account strategies, enforce rigorous governance and pricing discipline to protect margins, and oversee delivery excellence across large, multi-disciplinary engagements. You will also build and develop the leadership bench by coaching and mentoring managers and senior managers, creating clear career paths and succession plans, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team that shares knowledge and continuously improves delivery., Our EDM practice is growing rapidly with a strong pipeline in data management, master data governance and enterprise data platforms.
