## Description

* Sie überwachen IT-Systeme, Anwendungen, Schnittstellen, Cloud-Dienste und End-to-End-Services.Sie bewerten Monitoring-Meldungen, Störungen und Performanceauffälligkeiten nach Kritikalität.
 * Sie leiten geeignete Maßnahmen bei Schwellwertverletzungen, Ausfällen und Verfügbarkeitsrisiken ein.
 * Sie administrieren und optimieren Monitoring-Tools, Dashboards, Alarmregeln und Eskalationswege.
 * Sie unterstützen Incident-, Problem-, Event- und Change-Management im laufenden IT-Betrieb.
 * Sie analysieren Trends, Kapazitäten und wiederkehrende Betriebsprobleme zur nachhaltigen Stabilisierung.
 * Sie dokumentieren Störungen, Maßnahmen, Betriebsnachweise und Lessons Learned prüfbar und nachvollziehbar.
 * Sie begleiten IT-Projekte, Systemeinführungen und Serviceänderungen aus Betriebssicht.
