 * Erfahrung in agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (Scrum, Kanban)
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und hohe Eigenmotivation
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Bei uns übernimmst du Verantwortung für ein motiviertes Entwicklerteam, bringst dich aktiv in Projekte ein und sorgst dafür, DASS unsere Softwarelösungen technisch auf dem neuesten Stand bleiben.
Tätigkeiten

 * Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung eines agilen Entwicklerteams
 * Aktive Mitarbeit in der Softwareentwicklung (Hands-on Coding, Code Reviews, Architekturentscheidungen)
 * Verantwortung für die Codequalität, Wartbarkeit und Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelösungen
 * Planung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Product Management und der Geschäftsleitung
 * Förderung der fachlichen Entwicklung des Teams durch Coaching, Mentoring und Know-how-Transfer
 * Einführung und Sicherstellung moderner Entwicklungsstandards, Tools und Prozesse (z.B. CI/CD, automatisiertes Testing)
 * Schnittstelle zu anderen IT-Bereichen und externen Partnern
