## Description

* Du gestaltest die strategische Ausrichtung unserer IT und sorgst dafür, dass Technologie, Prozesse und Services einen messbaren Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg leisten.
 * Du führst direkt drei Team Leads in den Bereichen IT Application Services und IT Infrastructure und verantwortest gemeinsam mit ihnen die Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von insgesamt rund 15 Mitarbeitenden.
 * Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Anwendungslandschaft, IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud-Plattformen und Security-Standards und stellst einen zuverlässigen, skalierbaren und sicheren IT-Betrieb sicher.
 * Du treibst die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen voran, bewertest neue Technologien und AI-Lösungen und machst Innovationspotenziale für das Unternehmen nutzbar.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit Management, Fachbereichen sowie unseren Entwicklungs- und Forschungsteams zusammen und übersetzt geschäftliche Anforderungen in zukunftsfähige Technologielösungen.
