## About the Role

* Autonomie, adaptabilité aux situations clients et professionnalisme, avec une bonne gestion du stress.
 * Vous serez amené(e) à travailler dans le milieu du Retail, où votre présentation, votre sens du service et votre rigueur sont primordiales.
 * Rigueur et respect des consignes et procédures internes.
 * Notions en réseaux, Wi-Fi, et systèmes d'exploitation Windows.
 * Expérience dans le milieu du Retail, notamment avec les caisses et la partie réseau/back-office est un plus.
 * Diplômé(e) d'un niveau Bac Pro à Bac +2, tel qu'un BTS ou DUT spécialisé dans les systèmes informatiques et logiciels, ou vous avez une première expérience probante dans le secteur informatique. Débutant accepté., * Bac +2 (BTS, DUT, DEUG) (Requis)

 * Support informatique: 2 ans (Optionnel)

 * Permis B (Requis)

## Description

Votre expertise sera essentielle pour résoudre les problèmes techniques et assurer un support de qualité aux utilisateurs., · Garantir le bon fonctionnement de l'infrastructure informatique de nos clients : SAV et maintenance Hotline
· Préparation des interventions planifiées (préparation du matériel, diagnostic de pannes…)
· Intervention chez les clients pour installer ou maintenir le matériel informatique
· Détection de l'origine des pannes/dysfonctionnements
· Formation et accompagnement des clients en fonction des besoins
· Clôture des interventions réalisées (actions informatiques, logistiques, administratives)

· Être autonome et proposer des améliorations pour les systèmes clients.
