You bring: * Experience in Business Analysis, IT, or Systems Implementation. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * The ability to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solutions. * Experience working in cross-functional and international environments. * Experience in IT project management, ideally within systems, tools, or process improvement initiatives. * Familiarity with HR systems, SAP, or other enterprise tools. * A structured, proactive, and collaborative mindset. * The ability to connect business needs, systems, and people to create lasting value. * Fluency in English. Dutch and/or French would be a strong asset for Benelux collaboration. * A pragmatic, collaborative and improvement-oriented mindset. ## Description We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to partner with our HR Business teams and Global IT across the Benelux region. In this role, you will act as a key business partner in identifying HR needs and translating them into effective IT & Data solutions, ensuring that data, processes, and tools support operational excellence, innovation, digitalization, and employee experience. You will play a critical role in translating complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions, while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, adoption, and alignment with global standards. This role sits at the intersection of business, systems, and people.
