This is a highly collaborative role within the Discovery organization, focused on translating artificial intelligence and machine learning innovations into robust solutions that accelerate antibody discovery. You will work in a multidisciplinary, international team of data scientists, software engineers, and research scientists with expertise spanning immunology, high-content imaging, computational biology, and antibody discovery. Together, you will develop and deploy AI-driven solutions that support scientists across the Discovery Research organization, enabling more efficient data analysis, decision making, and experimental workflows. As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, Discovery Data Science, you will play a key role in operationalizing internal and external AI models by integrating them into existing laboratory and computational workflows. You will collaborate closely with research scientists, data engineers, and software developers to ensure that machine learning models are scalable, reliable, and deliver measurable scientific impact.
