Design * Design and facilitate senior-stakeholder workshops - executive alignment, discovery, future-state design, governance, value realisation and AI opportunity sessions - turning ambiguity into decisions and decisions into action. * Design target operating models: team topology, decision rights, governance, platform ownership, service models and supporting processes. * Translate business outcomes into platform, process and adoption recommendations that engineering and delivery teams can execute. * Produce executive-grade deliverables: findings and insight summaries, future-state designs, roadmap options, business cases, RAID and decision logs. Lead * Lead complex engagements from discovery through design, planning and delivery support, keeping outcomes - not activity - at the centre. * Provide senior consulting leadership across multidisciplinary teams; mentor consultants and grow the advisory capability of the practice. * Act as the escalation point for complex design, stakeholder, governance and delivery challenges. * Guide clients through the human side of transformation - adoption, stakeholder engagement and sustainable ownership - so change survives the end of the engagement. Grow * Shape opportunities with account teams; lead presales discovery, qualification and solution shaping for transformation-led opportunities. * Build proposals and statements of work that are commercially sound, deliverable and anchored to client outcomes rather than product scope. * Identify follow-on value grounded in client value, platform maturity and transformation need - growing accounts through results, not licence counts. * Contribute to our consulting IP: frameworks, methods, points of view, workshop formats and reusable assets that raise the value of every engagement. ## Related Videos - [How Visionary Leaders Drive Transformation](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1701-how-visionary-leaders-drive-transformation) - [The Future of Developer Experience with GenAI: Driving Engineering Excellence](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1107-the-future-of-developer-experience-with-genai-driving-engineering-excellence) - [Edit Your Future: Queerverse Radical AI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/909-edit-your-future-queerverse-radical-ai) - [The AI-Fluent Team: A Playbook for Driving Enterprise AI Transformation](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100068-the-ai-fluent-team-a-playbook-for-driving-enterprise-ai-transformation) - [Angstfreude - AI and Corporate Culture - The Thrill and the Threat](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100354-angstfreude-ai-and-corporate-culture-the-thrill-and-the-threat) - [GenAI after the Hype: Transforming Organizations with GenAI-based Agents](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1099-genai-after-the-hype-transforming-organizations-with-genai-based-agents) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Should Tech Managers Be Developers First?
