## About the Role

* Experience designing and implementing data architectures, pipelines and data quality frameworks
 * Strong experience with SQL and relational database design
 * Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
 * Experience with APIs, microservices and distributed systems architecture
 * Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
 * Data requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and pipeline alignment skills
 * Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
 * Ability to work in London on a contract basis

Nice-to-have

 * Experience with SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, RISE)
 * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or .NET
 * Knowledge of CI/CD practices and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
 * Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
 * Familiarity with regulated industries or compliance frameworks such as CSDR

 * Gathering and analysing data requirements from stakeholders across the organisation
 * Defining data quality standards and frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency
 * Collaborating with engineering, analytics and operations teams to implement scalable solutions
 * Evaluating and recommending technology platforms, tools and services to meet current and future needs
 * Documenting data models, system designs and architectural decisions using tools such as UML and BPMN
 * Supporting the migration, integration and optimisation of data systems across on-premise and cloud environments
 * Mentoring and supporting junior team members in data architecture practices
