* Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP)
 * Working knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes)
 * Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline automation
 * Linux and Windows system administration
 * Scripting or automation experience (Bash, Python or similar)
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Nice-to-have

 * Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
 * Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
 * Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
 * Experience in regulated or high-availability environments
 * Master's degree
 * Relevant cloud certifications

## Description

Infrastructure Specialists could be central to ensuring that systems run reliably and scale efficiently. A core challenge could involve managing cloud platforms, containerisation, and deployment pipelines to support modern, distributed applications., * Managing and optimising cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP to support application delivery

 * Designing and maintaining containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes
 * Building and managing CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing workflows
 * Supporting infrastructure-as-code practices using tools such as Terraform
 * Configuring and maintaining Linux and Windows environments
 * Collaborating with application teams to ensure infrastructure meets performance and reliability requirements
 * Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements
 * Contributing to infrastructure security, compliance and operational best practices
