## About the Role

* Proven hands-on experience with Aareon QL - essential.
 * Strong SQL and relational database experience - essential.
 * Experience supporting complex IT environments and business-critical applications.
 * Knowledge of housing management systems, ideally within social housing.
 * Experience with application monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting.
 * Understanding of ITIL service management principles.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.

## Description

* Provide 2nd line application support, incident resolution and problem management.
 * Maintain and monitor business applications, ensuring availability, performance and security.
 * Manage application patching, upgrades, releases and lifecycle maintenance.
 * Investigate and resolve technical issues, taking ownership through to completion.
 * Support system configuration, workflows, fields and service requests.
 * Work with internal IT teams, third-party suppliers and software vendors.
 * Contribute to change, release, incident and problem management processes.
 * Maintain technical documentation and support users with guidance and training.
