 * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 * Ability to identify and manage risks, issues and conflicting priorities.
 * Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and change controls.

Desirable Skills

 * Experience using Confluence, Jira or similar collaboration and workflow tools.
 * Knowledge of document management systems and customer communications delivery.
 * Experience supporting change initiatives within insurance or financial services environments.
 * Exposure to digital communication channels and customer fulfilment processes.
 * Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage.

## Description

As a Document Change Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering document changes across a varied portfolio, acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring changes are implemented effectively and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your change delivery, stakeholder management and document management expertise within a collaborative environment., * Manage the end-to-end delivery of document changes across an assigned portfolio of activities.

 * Partner with business stakeholders to ensure document changes are delivered efficiently and effectively.
 * Act as a subject matter expert for document management, identifying and communicating the wider impact of change across business areas and customer channels.
 * Support digital-by-default initiatives across digital, email, SMS and paper communications.
 * Maintain and update document specifications and logic documentation to reflect approved changes.
 * Gather, document and refine stakeholder requirements to support successful document development and implementation.
 * Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all document changes are thoroughly tested and formally signed off.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities, helping to enhance document management processes and customer outcomes.
