## Description

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Senior Development Manager to join our ever-evolving Global Merchant and Partner Experience Engineering team and help shape the future of global commerce., * You will manage full software development lifecycle including testing, implementation, and compliance processes.

 * You will collaborate with Engineering teams and other stakeholders through product design, bug verification and go-live phases.
 * You will collaborate with Product managers, Architects, SRE and other stakeholders for ensuring successful delivery.
 * You will take full ownership of Software Delivery from design to production deployment for the Products/Projects/Epics assigned to you
 * You will work with managers/supervisors to identify and allocate technical resources, e.g., programmers, business analysts to projects within Development. This would include a mix of FTEs assigned to the development organization and contractors
 * You will ensure applications meet appropriate quality standards and adhere to the organisation's application development and delivery process standards.
