## About the Role

* Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance
 * Knowledge of test case design, execution and defect reporting
 * Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems
 * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
 * Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
 * Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
 * Clear communication skills and ability to document findings effectively

Nice-to-have experience could include:

 * Exposure to automated testing frameworks or tools
 * Knowledge of Agile or continuous integration environments
 * Experience with SQL or database testing
 * Certification in software testing (ISTQB or equivalent)

## Description

This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Software Tester positions based in Manchester. Roles of this type could involve working within collaborative testing environments where you would contribute to quality assurance across a range of technical projects, supporting the delivery of robust software solutions., * Executing test cases and documenting defects across applications and systems

 * Performing functional, regression and exploratory testing
 * Collaborating with development teams to understand requirements and validate delivery
 * Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans and test scripts
 * Identifying and reporting quality issues with clear, actionable feedback
 * Supporting the implementation of testing best practices within the team
