This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled consultant who thrives on solving business challenges through data. You'll work directly with customers to design and deliver impactful analytics solutions that help organisations make smarter decisions about their people, pay and workforce strategies. Whether you're leading discovery workshops, building insightful Power BI dashboards or advising senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in helping customers unlock the full value of their people data. You'll join a growing and innovative team at an exciting stage of its journey, helping to build analytics solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for some of the UK's leading organisations.
