Essential * Experience supporting project delivery or project documentation processes * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records * Understanding of quality inspection processes and quality documentation * Knowledge of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) * Confident using Microsoft Office applications and digital document management systems * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance * Full UK driving licence Desirable * Experience within manufacturing, construction, utilities, engineering, or the gas industry * Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards * Experience compiling project completion packs or customer databooks * Experience using SharePoint for document control and record management * Knowledge of welding, inspection, certification, or material traceability records ## Description Join National Gas Services (NGS) as a Quality Support Engineer and play a key role in ensuring our projects meet the highest quality standards. You'll support project teams by compiling client databooks, managing quality records, and helping maintain compliance across project delivery from start to finish. In this role, you'll help ensure every project is supported by accurate records, robust quality controls, and complete client documentation. Working within NGS, you'll contribute to the safe and reliable delivery of infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. Your attention to detail will help maintain customer confidence, support continuous improvement, and uphold the standards that underpin our operations.
