* 3-5 years' experience in change management, transformation, or delivery improvement roles
 * Proven experience supporting organisational or process change programmes
 * Understanding of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement techniques
 * Experience with delivery performance improvement and process optimisation
 * Financial analysis and operational skills to assess change impact
 * Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams

Nice-to-have:

 * Experience with agile or delivery frameworks
 * Familiarity with change adoption metrics and KPI tracking
 * Prior experience in London-based or UK multi-site organisations

## Description

Change Manager roles in transformation and delivery coordination could involve guiding organisations through complex operational changes, improving how teams deliver, and helping businesses adapt to new processes and systems. A central focus could be on supporting stakeholder alignment and embedding sustainable change across functions., * Supporting the design and delivery of change programmes, working across stakeholder groups to ensure alignment

 * Coordinating communication and engagement activities to support adoption of new processes and systems
 * Analysing current-state operations and identifying improvement opportunities in delivery performance
 * Developing change plans and tracking progress against milestones and KPIs
 * Working with teams to embed new ways of working and remove barriers to adoption
 * Contributing to financial and operational analysis to measure the impact of change initiatives
