## About the Role

* Core Java & Spring: Deep understanding of Java (8+), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.
 * Data Layer: Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
 * Architecture: Proven experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven design, and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

Frontend Ecosystem:

 * Angular Framework: Strong grasp of Angular (v12+), TypeScript, RxJS, and state management (NgRx).
 * Web Basics: Solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive design.

DevOps & Cloud:

 * CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
 * Cloud & Containers: Familiarity with AWS/Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)., * Experience: 10 years in software engineering, with 4+ years in a delivery/project management role.
 * Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 * Certifications: PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or PMI-ACP is good to have

 * We are seeking a Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager (C1/C2 grade) to lead end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise web applications.
 * You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, managing cross-functional teams building high-performance Java and Angular solutions., Technical Delivery Management:
 * Own end-to-end delivery of complex, full-stack software products from inception to deployment.
 * Manage project timelines, scope, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
 * Enforce Agile practices, leading Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and removing team roadblocks.
 * Ensure code quality and architectural alignment across Java and Angular ecosystems.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

 * Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, QA engineers, and tech leads.
 * Manage senior stakeholders, providing transparent status reports, metrics, and governance.
 * Drive performance evaluation, technical growth plans, and hiring for the delivery unit.
