## About the Role

* Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience, utilizing at least two of the following technologies:
 * Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio/Orchestrate, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect
 * Experience contributing to the delivery of multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, supporting at least two project phases
 * Strong understanding of integration design principles and data flows between Workday and external systems
 * Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
 * Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Skills & Experience:

 * Workday Integration and/or Studio certification
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including design and configuration details
 * Experience supporting testing activities, troubleshooting integration issues, and implementing enhancements
 * Ability to balance work across multiple projects of varying size and complexity
 * Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions
 * Familiarity with development and productivity tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, or similar tools
 * Interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to team knowledge sharing
