## About the Role

Education & Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five years of additional System Administrator experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.

Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance required for classified assignments. A full-scope polygraph may be required depending on the specific assignment and access requirements., * 10+ years of System Administrator experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity

 * Experience administering Windows and UNIX/Linux environments
 * In-depth IT systems troubleshooting experience
 * Experience supporting client/server, storage, and networking infrastructure
 * Experience with system performance optimization and capacity planning
 * Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills

Desired Skills:

 * Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community environments
 * Enterprise server and infrastructure administration
 * Network configuration and troubleshooting experience
 * Experience with system monitoring and performance management
 * Experience supporting classified systems

## Description

* Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise IT systems
 * Manage daily system configuration and operational activities
 * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support and escalation
 * Monitor and resolve issues across client/server, storage, network, and related infrastructure
 * Optimize system operations and resource utilization
 * Perform capacity analysis and system planning
 * Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of complex IT issues
 * Analyze escalated incidents and provide technical recommendations
 * Configure and manage UNIX, Windows, and other applicable operating systems
 * Install and maintain operating system software
 * Configure network components and implement system enhancements
 * Support hardware issues through resolution
 * Communicate technical status and findings to Government and internal stakeholders
