## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
 * 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-class networking hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and cloud services.
 * Experience with shipboard or maritime network environments is highly preferred.
 * Strong knowledge of enterprise routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching, and security protocols.
 * Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.

## Description

* Analyze shipboard network requirements and implement cost-effective solutions to support fleet operations.
 * Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, and security systems to ensure reliable services for guests and crew.
 * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime.
 * Collaborate with shipboard teams and shoreside IT during newbuilds, dry docks, and daily operations.
 * Develop and document network architecture standards, operational procedures, and project plans.
