You excel at balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution while leading through influence rather than authority. ## Description As a Logistics Product Lead, you serve as the strategic and operational leader for one or more Integrated Business Systems (IBS), combining the responsibilities of a Product Owner and Project Manager. You are responsible for maximizing product value while ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery across Agile DevSecOps teams. Acting as the conductor of a cross-functional team, you align customer priorities, business objectives, and technical execution to deliver mission outcomes that support Military Sealift Command. The position requires travel up to 25%. Travel locations are CONUS and OCONUS depending on ship location during shipboard installations.
