 * Technology Scouting & Evaluation: Bewertung neuer Lösungen und Plattformen - von Marketing Automation über Voice Bots bis hin zu Customer Engagement, AI- und Prozessplattformen
 * Solution Design: Entwicklung tragfähiger Lösungsarchitekturen unter Berücksichtigung von Business-Anforderungen, Integration, Security und Betrieb
 * Plattform-Einführung: Begleitung neuer Technologien von der ersten Idee über Auswahl und Pilotierung bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung
 * Architectural Governance: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Enterprise-Architekturprozessen, Security-Vorgaben und Konzernstandards
 * Technisches Vendor- & Partner Management: Bewertung von Herstellern, Produkten und Dienstleistern sowie Begleitung technischer Due-Diligence-Prozesse
 * Integration Strategy: Gestaltung nachhaltiger Integrationskonzepte für APIs, Datenflüsse und Plattformen innerhalb unserer Systemlandschaft
