 * Erfahrung mit Cloud-Datenplattformen wie Azure, AWS oder GCP wünschenswert
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu kommunizieren

* Analyse großer, heterogener Datensätze aus Produktnutzung, KI-Modellen und Conversational-AI-Interaktionen
 * Auswertung von Dialogverläufen, Intent-Erkennungsraten und Nutzerverhalten in KI-basierten Anwendungen
 * Entwicklung von Dashboards und Reports zur Entscheidungsunterstützung, zum Beispiel mit Power BI oder Tableau
 * Aufbereitung und Visualisierung von KPIs für verschiedene Stakeholder, von Produktteam bis Geschäftsführung
 * Identifikation von Mustern, Anomalien und Optimierungspotenzialen in Modell- und Produktdaten
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Data Engineers und ML-Teams zur Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und Datenkonsistenz
 * Entwicklung und Pflege von SQL-basierten Auswertungen und Datenmodellen
 * Analytische Insights zu Modell-Performance, Nutzerverhalten und Systemperformance
