## About the Role

* You hold a Master's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biomedical Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field - or bring equivalent professional experience.
 * You bring 10 or more years of experience in clinical development, clinical data architecture, data management, or clinical technology, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
 * You have deep expertise in clinical trial data domains, including Clinical Trial Management Systems, Electronic Data Capture, electronic Trial Master File, study, site, subject, milestone, and operational data.
 * You possess a strong command of Good Clinical Practice, GxP, CDISC standards, data governance frameworks, and clinical data lifecycle management.
 * You have hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms and modern data stack technologies - including AWS, Snowflake, and dbt - as well as analytics and integration architectures.
 * You demonstrate the ability to define data strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly across scientific and business audiences.
 * You are proficient in AI and machine learning concepts, including their practical applications, limitations, and ethical considerations - and can critically assess AI tools to support responsible, informed decision-making in a regulated environment.
 * You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
