## About the Role

with Microsoft 365 in a complex enterprise environment You have in-depth knowledge of and proven experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity, Entra Connect, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and identity provisioning. Experience with Azure DevOps is an advantage. You have extensive experience with PowerShell and automating management processes within Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online. You have experience with ITIL processes, including incident, change and release management. You are analytically strong, work independently and take ownership of complex technical challenges. You enjoy sharing knowledge, communicate clearly and can effectively engage colleagues and stakeholders in technical developments. You take a proactive approach, continuously look for improvements and contribute to a secure, stable and future-proof Microsoft cloud environment. will become part of the Identity Access Management and Directory Services team, working closely with specialists in cloud, security, networking and enterprise architecture to continuously improve the Microsoft platform. You will share your expertise within the team, coach colleagues and actively contribute to the further professionalisation of our Microsoft environment.
