## About the Role

* Hands-on SAS programming experience.

 * Some experience or exposure- including through an internship-to statistical programming in a CRO, sponsor, or similar regulated clinical research setting.

 * Familiarity with validated programming environments, quality checks, and regulated standards.

 * The ability to understand study protocols and programming requirements.

 * Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with biostatistics and data management colleagues.

 * Strong organization and attention to detail when supporting multiple studies.

Nice to have

 * Experience with R or other statistical programming packages.

 * Experience with CDISC standards.

## Description

We are looking for a Statistical Programmer to own the statistical programming process across clinical studies. You will create analysis datasets and program tables, listings, and figures (TLFs), working in a validated, highly regulated environment.

This role is open to candidates in Spain, the Netherlands, and the UK. You will support approximately three to five studies at a time across a variety of therapeutic areas, depending on each study's stage and needs.

What you'll do

 * Create and maintain analysis datasets for clinical studies.

 * Program tables, listings, and figures (TLFs), primarily using SAS.

 * Interpret study protocols and translate analysis requirements into accurate programming outputs.

 * Follow validation, cross-checking, and quality standards appropriate to a highly regulated environment.

 * Work closely with biostatisticians and data managers, with occasional collaboration with clinical research associates.

 * Contribute across multiple studies and therapeutic areas simultaneously.

 * Support CDISC standardization when required by the client or project., You will join a team of approximately 19 colleagues across the US and Europe as we establish a clearer distinction between biostatistics and statistical programming responsibilities. You will report to the team's people manager and work closely with an experienced Statistical Programmer in the US, as well as colleagues across biostatistics and data management.

The role offers exposure to a range of therapeutic areas and the opportunity to take clear ownership of programming delivery without requiring extensive prior experience.
