## About the Role

* MBA or equivalent experience; strong business and marketing acumen (ecommerce KPIs, conversion funnels, customer feedback analysis).
 * 5+ years as a Product Owner in e commerce or digital platforms; experience with JIRA, Confluence, GA, A/B testing tools.
 * Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); proven ability to write clear user stories and manage backlogs.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to partner across functions.
 * Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making, with a passion for optimizing digital customer journeys.

## Description

* Lead the development and continuous improvement of a key digital product within Hilti's global e-commerce team.
 * Craft and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with strategic business goals.
 * Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and continuous refinement.
 * Write clear and actionable user stories to guide development teams.
 * Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
 * Collaborate with UX, development, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
 * Align with stakeholders across functions to ensure shared understanding and timely delivery.
 * Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and internal data to inform product decisions and iterations.
 * Ensure seamless integration of new features into the global e-commerce architecture.
 * Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centric design and functionality.
