## About the Role

Your profile

 * Bachelor's Degree in HR, HRIS, Information Systems or related field
 * Initial experience on SAP SuccessFactors projects
 * Certified SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and/or Compensation is a strong asset
 * Solid knowledge of Talent Management processes, especially performance review cycles, objective management and compensation planning
 * Experience configuring Performance & Goals and/or Compensation
 * Understanding of HR annual cycles (performance review, merit increase, bonus processes)
 * Fluent French is mandatory
 * English is required to work with international stakeholders
 * Strong customer orientation and consulting mindset
 * Good analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Strong organizational and planning abilities
 * Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment

## Description

You will contribute to SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects, mainly on the following modules:

 * SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
 * SuccessFactors Compensation
 * SuccessFactors Variable Pay (nice to have)

Your responsibilities will include:

 * Participate in and support SuccessFactors implementation projects
 * Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
 * Design, prototype and configure Performance, Goals and Compensation modules
 * Lead workshops with HR stakeholders, HRBP teams and business managers
 * Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation
 * Organize and execute testing activities, including UAT support
 * Support data validation, deployment and go-live activities
 * Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops
 * Provide post go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
 * Contribute to best practices and project methodology within Arago

You may also be involved in:

 * Pre-sales activities and client demonstrations
 * Development and evolution of Arago's Talent Management offer
 * Promotion of our expertise through internal or external events
